Its two months since I joined B... I have been traveling in the company bus since day 1.. This bus is so not like my MT cab... I cant jump around like the way I did :( nor do I have a gang to play DC :( my cab trips r no longer like a picnic journey.... I will dedicate a separate post for the amount of fun I used to have in Mt cabs....
Anyways in B company bus there r somethings that I have seen for the first time in my life...
1. Ladies sit only in the first three seats of the bus.... I have not faced this gender based seating even in school or college... so I am kinda new to this....
2. People sleep in bus the minute they get in.... N i am not too great at this... so I am left alone watching ppl sleep :(
3. Driver is rash ... does not follow traffic rules,talks on phone, applies break abruptly, honks like crazy.. blah blah blah.... no one around seems to have a problem with this... infact ppl r happy that since the time he joined they reach home early... I am also happy that I reach early... but i am totally against his bad driving... I always wonder what if I am the one driving in front of him... his honking skills have helped me get severe headache by the time I return home.....
4. At times on the way back he earns an extra income by allowing general public to get in...
In MT I have never seen these things happen... Employees always had a say abt the driving... abt the route.. abt the time... even the slightest inconvenience n we would run to admin dept to complain... N to some extent we are spoilt :P
Some occasions we have misused our driver friendship to stop for bhajji bonda buying... n in others we have changed the route to attend a gruhapravesham after office :P
Now that I have given enough background story... now is the big question of "what would u do???"
Couple of days back the B bus driver stopped in Sunkadakatte bus stop and allowed a lot of general public to get in... There were 2 ladies n 3 men employees in the bus at that time.. What got me angry was among the general public who got in I noticed there were some men who were drunk...
So the next day in office yours truly goes to the admin dept n complains abt the driver... N since I know the admin guy he assures me that it will never repeat.... 2 days after this incident is salary day for drivers n apparently caz of my complaint they have withheld my bus drivers salary....
The driver has had a chat with my cab friend L and he has told her this... "U have seen me for so many days I never allowed general public, two days back I allowed them only caz I wanted to pay the cleaner n put some flowers to the God photo inside the bus"... He is also told abt how difficult it is to run his family in the amount he has been paid n that if they deduct money for this incident it will be all the more difficult....
Now I dont want to buy that justification abt why he wanted to make that extra money.... I dont even have regrets that I complained.... But I am feeling a little guilty....
L suggested that I go talk to the admin guys about his payment... but I dont want to do that caz it is not my dept n I cant interfere in their decision...
Have been thinking of this for 12 hours now... N i am still confused... #@#$!#^^$$%@#!@!!@@#$#$
Note: The driver has already guessed that I am the one who went n complained :P

i kind of know u ve complained so anyway i m grrrr on u. i kind of know my mistake also.
if u go n talk to admin, mayb i ll never come to know that u talked. No matter my payment is sorted or not. even if i know u talked n it got sorted out.. i wont be pleased anyway cos u r d one who put me in trouble. mayb if my payment issues is long drawn, i will be scared to repeat same mistake even when u r not arnd otherwise i might just do it again when u r not around.
In short - no matter what i will be grr on u. pinch of delay in payment should be thr to actually make me learn.
Role 2 - if i was admin
i might feel oh nice girl worried about poor driver. but if i m rule following guy my question would be. how u expect me to correct behaviour if u dont want me to properly apply rule. dont complain me again if u want things to be rolled back.

i did not see any more actors in ur story other than those drunkards, regular public, flower n god idol.. dont worry they wont mind either way. :)
